Our sister company, Red Robot OÜ, operates out of Tallinn, Estonia. This allows us to offer the same services within the EU legal framework for clients who prefer it. Claire produces a large number technical blogs for a range of popular tech websites, while Paul focuses on small business content production and longer projects, such as marketing ebooks. Both Claire and Paul work from our Leeds office and serve customers globally. Mathew Dixon is a trained and experienced technical author, working mainly in Madcap Flare and Camtasia Studio. Mathew teams up with Claire on large documentation projects; both are professionally trained in technical authoring techniques. As a team, we strive for excellence in all of the technical content we produce, and the service we provide to customers. We do not outsource content writing to any other company or person, so all of our clients can contact their writer directly with any questions that arise. We strive to answer emails the same working day (within UK office hours), and we offer free revisions if any aspect of the content is not as expected.
