At Red Kite, we are committed to making sure we provide the best services we can, which involves reviewing them regularly and checking that they deliver value for money. Having carried out a detailed service review of our loss making Community Call Service, we have transferred the service to a new provider, Tunstall Healthcare (UK) Ltd, who now deliver community call on our behalf. Red Kite tenants and leaseholders who have benefitted from the service in the past continue to have access to a 24 hour call monitoring service, which includes out of hours support, but this is now delivered by Tunstall, rather than Red Kite directly. Tunstall already run our out-of-hours service successfully, so we are confident that the seamless transfer to this full-time service will continue to be highly regarded by our tenants.
