Regal Art & Gift is a designer and wholesaler of gift and garden décor for the retail trade . Bill and Audrey Costello started the business in 1992. Bill's background is in sales and Audrey's is in art and design. They combined their talents to create unique products and innovative sales and marketing. The company has thus grown dramatically over the past 15 years. Carving a niche in the marketplace with innovative high quality Home & Garden Accessories. Regal creates quality, durable and well-designed metal products. Special painting techniques create a 'patina' effect, and the use of bright automobile paint sets the finish apart from the competition. The wooden photo frames, decorative boxes, bookends and desk accessories add an additional dimension to the line. Every year Regal's artists create over 250 new items. These designs are exclusive to Regal Art & Gift and cannot be found anywhere else in the marketplace.
