Regional Information Technology

Regional IT initially focused on serving the Australian agribusiness with custom developed software. Our first move into the Almond industry was achieved through development of the hulling quality monitoring system for Laragon. Commencement of US sales occurred in 2006 following a visit to Australia by one of the directors of CCAGA (largest huller in the US). The Regional IT ALMADS software enabled them to effectively manage the 3 sites under their control while accessing real time data. Since then the company has developed to service 9 other Hullers and 4 Processors in the US and in 2012 developed a smaller version of ALMADS to suit Commodity which has another 22 US clients, whilst still also supporting large Australian companies like Nut Producers Australia and Select Harvests with their software needs. We have also branched out into other commodities like Walnuts with Andersens & Sons in the US and Pistachios with Australian Pioneer Pistachios in Robinvale.
