Retina Specialty Institute
Retina Specialty Institute offers state-of-the art clinical and surgical skills to patients throughout the Southeast. We emphasize that retina care is a process that involves office visits and procedures, surgery, and medication. There is no single treatment. Our attitude with every patient is, "We're going to do our absolute best to help you." Much of our practice focuses on treating patients with macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal tears, holes, and detachments. This often involves performing vitrectomy surgery. We are forward-thinking pioneers, and we take our responsibility to patients to heart. Every person who walks through our door is treated as a member of our family. We complement our clinical care with advanced surgical treatments, always keeping these goals at the forefront: Minimally invasive Increased comfort Reduced operating time Quicker healing Better outcomes All of these efforts are to one end: to offer patients access to the newest and best retinal treatments available.
