The EASE Process is also a holistic approach which couples our cohesive process with proprietary software modeling, and an office that collectively has over 100 years of client service experience. The result is an interactive planning experience by which we are able to provide retirement strategies that are visually dynamic without being overwhelming. By putting our client's needs first, we are able to uncover true priorities, opportunities and challenges, and overlay how much of their vision can be realized today and in the future. Our Co-Founders, Briggs A. Matsko, CFP®, CRPC® and Jeff R. Maas, CFP®, ChFC®, CRPC® have been advocates and applied practitioners of retirement planning for their entire professional careers, and they are the cornerstone of the meaningful process approach we practice. We like to think of ourselves in many ways as our client's "walking reality-check", because we don't take short-cuts, we'd rather take the time necessary to demonstrate through in-depth analysis, visual representation and face to face discussions about the road that currently lies ahead. With this as our baseline we can then map the best path forward together.
