Revolutions

Revolutions is family owned and operated spinning-only center which opened in 2006. Husband and wife team Jerome and Cathy Ameline are certified spinining instructors who bring different styles of teaching to their classes. They aim to stay current with music, along with course design and motivational style. Safety is a priority and this comes across in the initial session where each student is personally fitted on their bike and taught the proper execution of all the drills. Classes are not designated by levels as each student is encouraged to work at their own pace. The studio is equipped with 25 bikes, all with SPD pedals and cage options, 2 shower stalls, TV monitors, water bar, towel rental. Being an avid cyclist and competitor, Jerome also offers bike maintenance and repair as well as sales of bikes and accessories.
