Located in Clinton, Maryland, R&F Metals is a family owned business with honest values and honest people. Founder and President, Roger Flynn, Sr., has been a fixture in the ornamental iron and miscellaneous metals industry for over 40 years. His knowledge and experience in the industry has helped shape R&F into the recognized leader it is today. At R&F they understand the importance of responsible employees, the value of retaining quality employees, and the premium that needs to be placed on hard work, dedication and innovation. Currently R&F's employees possess a wide variety of skills and expertise. One third of the employees have more than 15 years experience in the industry and at least ten years of employment with the company.
