Howells, LLC and has been a certified public accountant in New Hampshire since 1989. Rodger is an adjunct instructor of taxation at the New Hampshire Technical Institute. He has been published in the New Hampshire Practice Series: Family Law, Fourth Edition (Volume 3 and 3A) and has spoken at numerous seminars for attorneys on tax issues.
