Richard and Rice Construction is a full-service general contracting company that specializes in foundations, masonry and carpentry. Founded in December 2004, co-owners Gaetan Richard and Murray Rice have nearly 40 years of combined leadership experience and provide quality construction on projects across the state of Florida. Based in Deerfield Beach, job sites range from South Broward through Melbourne, across to Naples, Ft. Myers and Charlotte County, to Central and North Florida, building single & multi-family, light commercial, and industrial structures. Richard and Rice's client list includes Lennar, D.R.
