All items are sold at The Lichfield Auction Centre and The Lichfield Salerooms, both are modern salerooms which cater for all aspects of the Auction World - from household effects to fine art, oriental, cars to medals and fine wines. Whatever you discover amongst the contents of a house clearance it's to your benefit, even if you are not sure what you have. 'It's better to safe than sorry'. Our team of experienced and qualified experts are on hand to offer their advice and up to date market knowledge. We offer complete and part house clearance services, emptying the house of all/part of the contents, properly disposing of all that cannot be sold and clearing the property afterwards, ensuring that it is clean and tidy for the new occupants. This includes items which do not meet current fire / electrical regulations. We can also recommend a cleaning company if you require the property to be 'spotless' before selling or renting. Where clients are downsizing / emigrating, we can advise and organise the haulage and sale through auction their excess furniture, ornaments, pictures, electricals, tools and garden ornaments to suit their time schedule. A representative will meet the client on site to discuss their individual requirements and explain the costs involved.
