Rich Sales understands that we are in partnership with our principals to sell their products in a professional manner in an assigned territory. Our goal is to provide our manufacturers with local technical sales support, field service and new technological opportunities. Because of our unique geographic location, we have developed a large business base with the United States, Mexico and Central America. Rich Sales is financially strong because of our diversification between Capital Equipment, Consumables, and Service. "Manufacturers' reps by definition bring more solutions to the table so they are able to not just talk about one thing but line up complementary products or services around each of those things, have a broader conversation, and look for opportunities. That's very different from a manufacturer who is trying to sell one particular product and is "trying to find a very specific instance of trying to solve this customer's pain with this particular thing. Reps bring a line card based set of solutions to the table.
