Q: Will I be working for Right Turn or for the trucking company directly? A: We do not hire any drivers and we are not a staffing company. We help you gain full-time employment with the trucking company that best suits your needs. We are here to help weed out the carriers that oversell themselves and potentially lead you to a carrier you may have never heard of otherwise. Q: What is the advantage of going through you instead of the company directly? A: Our job is to see your offer from the beginning all the way to the end. We help you complete a full DOT application that shines. We coach you to help improve your chances of getting approved. We provide quick and fast communication and even speak to carriers on your behalf. Our end goal is to help increase your chances of getting approved and to provide you with real-time updates to keep you in the know. Q: Why shouldn't I just apply through the company's website? A: You are more than welcome to apply however you like. Q: What trucking companies do you work with? A: We work with a wide variety of carriers across the U.S. We work with carriers that offer the following: local, regional, OTR, dry van, reefer, tanker, flatbed, and even specialized. We work with students, experienced drivers, lease purchase, owner operators and teams. Ultimately, we work with a little bit of everything to best serve any driver who may call us. Whether you are looking for a major carrier or a small mom-and-pop operation we can help. The only carriers we don't work with are those that do not meet our guidelines-they must be safe, well-respect and offer some of the best benefits in the industry. Q: What is the cent-per-mile rate? A: We work with several carriers; the pay is different with each carrier. Some carriers run high mileage and start drivers out at just .35cpm. Others are willing to start drivers out as high as .50cpm! Call us today for specifics involving current opportunities. Q: What type of equipment do the carriers you work with have to offer? A: Peterbilts, Freightliners, Kenworths and Internationals are what most of our carriers have to offer. Depending on the carrier, several of the trucks are equipped with APU's, inverters, refrigerators, TVs, DirecTV, and much more. Q: What kind of home time can I expect? A: If you are looking for home weekly, we can deliver! If you are looking for home every other weekend, we can deliver! If you are looking for home every day, we can deliver!
