Riley Adjustment Bureau

Riley Adjustment Bureau is a family-owned independent adjusting firm started in 1961. Giles Riley founded Riley Adjustment Bureau in 1961 to handle claims in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. His son, Bill Riley, joined the company and soon after, launched the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office in 1976. Upon his father's retirement, Bill became president and continues to lead our company today. In 1984, RAB decided to focus solely on Florida and sold the Philadelphia and New Jersey offices to the employees. From 1991-1999, we ran a third party administrator called Everglades Claims Management to service a high-volume account. Under this umbrella, we handled over 60,000 claims. These experiences have prepared Riley Adjustment Bureau to handle claims for both large and small clients with the consistent, quality, timely, and personal service we pride ourselves on.
