The Rinzing Financial Group ("RFG") is a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm on the move. RFG is an audit and consulting firm based in Thimphu, Bhutan. The firm specializes in accounting, audit, compliance, finance, operations, investments, strategy and valuation amongst other areas. RFG was established in 2017 by Ms. Tashi Rinzing Schmidt and Mr. Noah Edwin Schmidt. Ms. Schmidt being from Bhutan returned home from the U.S. where she studied accounting and finance, obtained her Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") designation and gained valuable experience working for financial firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") in Seattle, WA. Mr. Schmidt, studied Finance in the U.S. where he obtained his MBA and gained valuable experience in the areas of economics, capital markets, accounting, operations, and investment analysis throughout his 10-year career working for financial firms including Russell Investments and Verus Consultants in Seattle, WA. The mission of the firm is to develop local world-class accounting and consulting services that can provide companies and institutions with the analysis and assurance needed for future growth and investment in Bhutan.
