RISE: A Real Estate Company is proud to announce its latest project is underway. RISE is developing 139,255 sq. ft. of off-campus student housing in Gainesville, FL. The expected date of completion is July 2021. The development consists of two four-story buildings and will include a pool, a full fitness facility, parking, a clubhouse and 124 spacious unit plans.
