RISE Services

RISE helps those we serve live safely and independently in their own homes. Many in our community with disabilities are able to live in their own home or apartment but need some help to stay safe and independent. We provide hourly in-home services for those with disabilities who are not covered under the Arizona Division of Disabled Development. The needs of those we serve are unique. So the services we offer are personalized to those needs. We provide caring, well-trained Direct Support Professionals who may be selected and scheduled based on your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. With our help children and adults with disabilities are able to to live safely in their own familiar surroundings.
