"Ritm Oil" LLP is incorporated in 2001, in Aksai, the West Kazakhstan region. Ritm Oil LLP started it's operation in providing General Property Maintenance Services to KPO BV in Aksai. We specialize in providing accommodation and meal services to employees of the companies working in oil and gas sector of Kazakhstan for over 15 years. "Ritm Oil" LLP gained successful experience in the construction, launch and management of hotels and accommodation camps. In 2003 we built and started our operations by opening «Green Hotel» with 81 rooms. In 2005 we purchased "Zhuldyz" hotel in Aksai, the West Kazakhstan region. Further development in business in 2006, to meet the market demand of more accommodation facilities in Hotels, we constructed and started our operations of «Tengri Hotel» in Atyrau. In 2007 we purchased a residential building and modified it for offices and accommodation of staff members of the American company "Honeywell" and the Indian company "Punj Lloyd". In the year of 2007, we had been awarded with the management contract of hotel in Astana which been built by "Tsesna Corporation" and branded as "Tengri Astana". In 2009 we built "Ritm Camp" with an occupancy capacity of 450 people, for the subcontractors of the companies like «Agip KCO», Atyrau Refinery and others. Since 2009, from the construction of Camp of "Punj Lloyd Kazakhstan" with a capacity of 700 we are providing the Facilities Management & Catering Services. Since 2012 we are doing the project Management for the construction, designing, installation of equipment and commissioning of the hotel Ramada in Almaty, with availability of 164 rooms, Banquets, F&B outlets, Health club, summer terrace etc. which is scheduled to open in the year 2015. In the year of 2013 "RitmOil" was awarded the tender for facility management & Catering Services in the training center of «Agip KCO» in Atyrau.
