Rittenhouse has full time service mechanics that are factory trained on all the products we sell. We are also an authorized warranty facility for most of the products we sell and of course for everything we manufacture. For many years we have repaired backpack sprayers, guns, pumps, injectors, and much more. These can be shipped to us from all over North America. Please make sure your product to be repaired is drained of all fluids and put into a plastic bag, before putting it into a well-packaged box with a note describing the problem. Shipping is to be prepaid by you, be sure to also insure your shipment for its replacement value. Send us your return address, phone number and e-mail address. We will e-mail you with a repair estimate once the product has been inspected. This inspection carries a minimum charge of $18.00. If the cost of repair is estimated to exceed 50% of the value of replacement we will recommend that the product be replaced. If the replacement product is purchased from Rittenhouse, the inspection charge will not apply. For our U.S. customers, please enquire about special shipping instructions.
