As a building firm Riverside Contracts Ayrshire Ltd have a history of carrying out all its projects on time and within the budget set by our customers and sometimes under budget. The company was formed in Feb 2012 by Company Directors Graham Manderson and Scott Teece after both spending 15 year running their own individual Sole Trading companies. In just a year the company has grown from strength to strength recently winning a 56 house development in Lamlash Arran and currently set to for completion on time if not a little early. A task that cannot not to be underestimated given the remote nature of the project. Together both company directors bring over 40 years of time served experience. Learned their trade from the ground up. To further enhance the service they provide to their clients and allowing them to take on much larger projects. Scott and Graham have handpicked a core team of expert joiners who help to ensure Riverside Contracts Ayrshire Ltd exacting standards are always met when additional manpower is required.
