RJ Finance

The company RJ Finance d.o.o. was founded by Mr. Roman Jeras in 2008. Mr. Jeras earned MBA and Master of Science degree from Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana (2003). His finance experiences are dating back in the year 2001, when as independent investor started with first trading on Ljubljana Stock Exchange. In the year 2004 Mr. Jeras joined leading Slovenian brokerage house Ilirika as Head of Foreign Investments department. Later, he became Director of Foreign Investment Sector with responsibilities for the Corporate Finance activities in the Former Yugoslavian area, where Ilirika Group was present with focus to Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian and Macedonian M&A services. After 4 years in Ilirika he moved from Corporate Finance to Real Estate, and became Member of Management Board at CEEREF Management Company SarL, Luxembourg. Company was developing real estate with focus to Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Romania. Mr. Jeras was responsible for Fund Raising, Investor Relations and Investments. In 2008 he was at the same time also CEO of company Gamin Real Estate. During his engagment at RJ Finance, Mr. Jeras was in 2012 an 2013 (in the period of ownership change) also President of Management Board of the company Krekova Družba PS d.o.o., Slovenian Asset Management company with EUR 7 million of AUM. Mr. Jeras was President of Supervisory Board of the company TKK Srpenica d.d., one of leading Slovenian industrial groups with subsidiaries in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria and Russia. Company has annual sales in the range of EUR 50 million and Total Assets in the range of EUR 30 million. During his period at TKK Group from August 2012 to October 2014 he became also Managing Director and General Manager. Besides that ownership change was successfuly completed, company had in that period also great business results. Mr. Jeras also wrote the fiction book: Week - story about a big deal. Ms. Elena Jokanovic is investment analyst, that is has more than 10 years of experience in finance, including two important regional financial players: UniCredit Group and Sberbank. She is Master of Economy in the field Banking and Finance.
