Our Private Development Division specializes in residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout the DFW Metroplex. More importantly, both divisions benefit from our integrated business units which allows us to self-perform almost every aspect of our work. RKM Utility Services, Inc. (RKM) is a fully integrated heavy civil construction company that serves the DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas. We provide turnkey construction solutions to our public and private customer base.
