RKR Realty Group is a third generation Real Estate Development, Construction, Finance, Sales, Leasing, Rental, and Property Management business servicing all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The Company was founded in 1923 by the Grandfather, of the current principal, Samuel Rottenberg, Bruce J. Roberts (Broker, and grandson of the Founder), now manages the day to day operations. Bruce's Father, Robert, and his Uncles; Myron, Alfred, and Bernard, began their development careers by constructing Air Bases for the Army Corp. of Engineers, in the 1940's. They went on to develop over 10,000 residential, multi-family units, throughout the United States. This generation also served on the Board of Directors of many banks, including: Central Cooperative Bank, Garden City Trust Company, First American Bank and Trust, The Federal Home Loan Bank, and also acted as a past president of the National Association of Realtors. The current generation has been in business since 1975, and has developed and managed over 200 Real Estate projects, including new construction, land development, condominium conversions, office buildings, commercial shopping centers, and industrial properties. Roberts Management currently owns and operates their own Real Estate holdings, as well as managing properties, via fee management, for condominium associations, and private owners. They are responsible for acquisition, management, leasing, legal, supervising repairs, construction, renovations, environmental issues, zoning, and variances. RKR Realty Group, also is a formidable Sales and Rental office for Residential, and Commercial properties.
