R Logistics was formed as an umbrella brand to incorporate the company's expanding product offerings, which now include operations in freight brokerage, warehousing, port drayage, equipment leasing, tire sales, and invoice factoring, in addition to the dedicated and truckload operations of Roly's Trucking.
