RN Civil Construction was founded by Dan Niehus and Dave Reynolds in 2002 dedicated to providing design build and general contracting services to water and wastewater utility owners. We are committed to building projects for our clients - safely, on schedule and on budget. We strive to provide opportunities for professional growth to our employees at all levels of the company.
