Roberts Bartolic

Michael Bartolic founded his firm in 2009, after he left a large, multinational law firm that practices ERISA litigation. Named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2012 and 2013, he was named a Super Lawyer for 2014 and 2015. Michael is a frequent speaker on topics relating to ERISA litigation and benefit claims. He chairs the Chicago Bar Association Employee Benefits Committee, co-Chairs the American Bar Association's Section of Labor and Employment Employee Benefits Committee Subcommittee on Benefits Claims, Vice Chairs the ABA Section of Taxation Employee Benefits Committee Subcommittee on Litigation, and is the immediate past Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association Employee Benefits Council. He is a contributing author to the treatise "Employee Benefits Law," Third Edition, published by the American Bar Association and BNA.
