Robson Lister was originally a Partnership established in April 2001 when Ian Robinson and Stephen Roberts brought their clients, contacts and expertise together. Since then, four acquisitions have been made and on 14 January 2013, all these businesses were merged into Robson Lister Limited. With five advisers backed up by a team of support staff, there is now a vast amount of combined experience in financial services and a client base of high net worth individuals and companies. Robson Lister Limited provides independent financial advice directly to personal and corporate clients and also to clients introduced to us by other professional firms such as solicitors and accountants. The advice and service we provide to our corporate clients includes employee benefits such as group pensions and life assurance schemes. Developing a special relationship with our clients forms the basis of our approach. This is achieved by providing our clients with a personal service, impartial advice and positive solutions. The vast majority of new clients come to us at the express recommendation of others - clear evidence that our combination of skills, commercial awareness and standards of service meet the increasingly high expectations of our clients. Our clients include high net worth individuals, private companies, partnerships and owner-managed businesses. The companies range in size from small owner managed businesses to large national organisations - all drawn by our personal approach. The individuals include those with large investment portfolios, clients planning for retirement and others who need tax planning advice. Our active, client driven approach makes heavy demands on all our staff.
