Roc Search was founded in 2007 in the UK by Managing Director Conor Roughneen. Prior to founding the business, Conor enjoyed success in a global IT Recruitment Consultancy, growing the most profitable contract business on record. Conor decided to take the next step and create his own consultancy based on the key principles he had always believed in: honesty, integrity and communication. Since then Roc Search has enjoyed seven consecutive years of growth whilst remaining privately owned and the success shows no signs of stopping. The business now operates across the UK, Germany and the USA and have an employee force of over 120. These numbers are set to snowball over the next five years so it’s a very exciting time for Roc Search!
