Nursing - We provide skilled professional nursing care as prescribed by the patient's attending authorizing physician. Services may include, but are not limited to skilled observation and assessment, care planning, paraprofessional supervision, skilled treatments, clinical monitoring and coordination, counseling and referral, wound and dressing care, medication and IV administration and injections. Home Health Aide - Services including but not limited to personal care, home management and other related support services which are required to allow patients experiencing illness, disability, social disadvantage and other problems to remain in their own home. Personal Care Aide - Services including but not limited to providing nutritional support, assistance with bathing and daily living activities, providing patients with the ability to remain in their own homes.
