The Pear Restaurant Group is a growing family of California restaurants created by award-winning Executive Chef, Rodney Worth. Beginning with The Peasant and The Pear, our flagship location in Danville, we have expanded to six locations in Northern California since 2004. Our latest restaurant, The Pear Southern Bistro, is located in a landmark location in Napa. Whether a small café or more elegant eatery, all of our restaurants are known for fresh, seasonal menus, generous portions and a relentless dedication to delicious food, all delivered with warm, friendly service at fair prices. We use only local, natural ingredients, including farm-to-table produce, sustainably-raised, certified wild or line-caught seafood, grass-fed meat and free-range poultry. And that's just the beginning. Our casual dining experiences are extremely popular with a growing crowd of local diners who have created an almost cult-like following at our restaurants. We think of them as family. Occasional guests and curious tourists are just as welcome.
