Roger Hickel contracting is completing its 21st year in the Alaska construction industry. RHC continues to bring together an experienced and highly qualified management team. A few of RHC's repeat clients are Walmart, Safeway, Nordstrom, Home Depot, Lowe's, United Parcel Service, Federal Express, Army and Air Force Exchange Services, Food Services of America, NC Machinery, Providence Alaska Medical Center, Anchorage School District, Alaska Pacific University, University of Alaska, State of Alaska, and the Municipality of Anchorage. RHC is a union contractor and a member of the Associated General Contractors of America. RHC has completed over 250 large projects on time and there were no claims or arbitration proceedings arising out of the performance of our work. We pride ourselves on treating our subcontractors fairly and have never had a subcontractor file a claim or litigate a dispute with the owner or us. As a result, we receive all subcontractors' quotes and their lowest bids. Our projects are constructed under the "Partnering Approach" where the owner, designers and contractors work as a team. Our reputation is solid and a record is outstanding. Over the years we've adapted to Alaska's unique climate conditions and short building season with accelerated scheduling and special construction methods.
