Rol-Tec has purchased Sleeve Solutions and is moving the manufacturing operation to Green Bay, WI. Sleeve Solutions of Crystal Lake, IL is a producer of precision fiberglass sleeves used in flexographic printing and coating operations. Precision Fiberglass Sleeves are used as a base for rubber covers or printing plates. They are used to ease change of coverings in printing and coating applications. Instead of changing an entire metal roller, the user can slide the old sleeve off and replace by sliding a new covered sleeve on the metal roller core while it is still in the machine. Matt Umentum, President of Rol-Tec commented, "Sleeve Solutions has been a long time valued supplier to Rol-Tec and is widely recognized as the highest quality tapered and parallel sleeve manufacturer in the world.
