Roll-o-Matic
Roll-o-Matic was founded in Denmark in 1967 as a manufacturer of customized equipment for the plastic film industry. From 1982 the companies Roll-o-Matic, Sumas and Falcon were united in a larger Thrige Titan group as a division called T-T Plastic Machinery. In 1994 Roll-o-Matic became independent. Over the years Roll-o-Matic has remained the leading supplier in its product areas and sphere of competence, being a top trimmed, modern manufacturer of roll-bag machinery and winders. In 2013, after a period of positive development and marked expansion, Roll-o-Matic decided to team up with a new investor, SE Blue Equity, creating a joint ownership between the company's managing partners and SE Blue Equity. SE Blue Equity is a private equity fund that invests in clean tech companies with a potential for growth and an international profile. SE Blue Equity's investors are some of the largest companies in Denmark, e.g. Danfoss, PFA pension and SE, a major Danish utility company.
