Hello, Im Ron McLeod. Thank you for visiting my web site. Ive been a specialist in Human Factors for more than 35 years. Until early 2014 I held the position of Global Discipline Lead for Human Factors within Shell International. I now work as an independent consultant with a particular interest in helping large organisations integrate Human Factors thinking into their corporate risk management processes. As well as continuing to work in oil and gas, recent projects have included working in the chemicals industry and, increasingly, healthcare. I have developed and delivered training on a variety of Human Factors topics and undertake a wide range of consultancy projects.
