Roschier is a longtime advisor to Solör, having represented them in several transactions; advising on Solör's acquisition of Pemco Energi, the refinancing of the Solör Group, and Polhem Group's acquisition of approximately 20% of the shares in Solör. Roschier's advisory team mainly comprised Björn Winström, Fredrik Rydin, Emelie Zellmer, Emelie Paus, Per Kling, Sanna Hammoud, Malou Scherlin, Abiram Soma, Alexander Thörnberg, Elin Osbeck and Mikael Karlsson.
