ROSE BROTHERS PAVING

Rose Brothers Paving Company was founded by the late Walter "Red" Rose and Isaac "Sandy" Rose in the Elkin-Jonesville area of Northwestern North Carolina in 1954, primarily as grading and asphalt surface treatment contractors. In 1961, the company purchased its first asphalt plant in Northeastern North Carolina near Winton. Today the company owns and operates six asphalt plant locations serving Eastern North Carolina and Southeastern Virginia. The company is under the leadership of the second (Frank, Tim, Jeff, Larry, Eric) and third generation (Chip, Taylor, Holt, Stephen) of family members and it is committed to safety and completing projects to the highest possible level of quality. Rose Brothers has been a member of the Carolina Asphalt Pavement Association for over 25 years. E. Tim Rose has served as President of the Carolina Asphalt Pavement Association for two terms and currently serves on the Executive Committee. Tim Perry over sees all six of our plants and currently serves on the Technical Advisory Committee. Rose Brothers has been fortunuate to have won several Carolina Asphalt Pavement Association and National Asphalt Pavement Association construction awards. Officers of the Company are: Walter F.
