ROSEWOOD HOUSE II

Rosewood House II provides healthcare assistance. The staff of Rosewood House II helps residents with making appointments to doctors and can take the resident to the appointments. Staff will assist with making sure all of the residents' healthcare needs are addressed. Rosewood House II does have a well-trained staff, and does have doctors that come into the facility to see the resident at their home. This eliminates trips to the doctor's office, which can be very exhausting to the resident. However, you may choose to continue with the same doctor you have always had. Rosewood House II also allows healthcare professionals such as home health agencies in the facility to assist in the residents' healthcare. Home health agencies can assist with items such as nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Rosewood also encourages the resident use the agency of their choice. Rosewood House II communicates regularly with the resident's doctors, pharmacy, home health professionals, and family to discuss the resident's care and needs. We are all a team to help the resident to be as happy and healthy as possible.
