RSE is an engineering group that specializes in Water Treatment & Clean Energy Solutions. Its 950+ staff are skilled in the design, engineering, and delivery of mechanical, electrical and automation services to the UK water sector. Chemical Dosing is one specialist division of RSE that has attracted buy-and-build investment since the formation of Envoy in 2019. The company also invested in Basingstoke-based chemical dosing company WES in July 2020.
