Ross Advertising

ROSS ADVERTISING has been in existence since 1985. Established by Ernie Ross initially as a creative boutique, the firm soon became known for its innovative communication strategies. Around 1987, Mr. Ross decided to broaden his advertising experience by working in North America. He worked at several ad agencies in Toronto, Canada first as Copy Director and later as Creative Director. At the start of 1990 Mr. Ross returned to Trinidad and began developing the agency, then called INADCO, into a larger full-service agency - Ross Advertising. At this point, other members of the Ross family joined the executive team. Within one year the company grew into a well known resource to many corporate clients across the region including Ansa McAl Group of Companies, Banks DIH Group of Companies, the Government of Guyana, the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, over one dozen commercial banks; including Antigua Barbuda Investment Bank, Antigua Commercial Bank, C.L. Financial, Intercommercial Bank, NCB Grenada, NCB Dominica, NCB St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Nevis Anguilla National Bank, GBTI, Citizens Bank, Demerara Bank, Bank of Commerce and CMMB. Recognising that while the larger international banks in the region had a correspondent relationship with marketing and advertising programmes from their head offices, and the local, indigenous financial institutions did not, Ross Advertising sought to become the ready resource to the "penny banks. From product development right through to market research and advertising campaigns, the agency filled the needs of these clients. It soon became evident that the varied demands of the agency's accounts would press Ross Advertising into establishing other divisions in a holistic offering to clients. So an Image Consultancy and Event Management division were established and integrated within the advertising agency. 2005-2010 Ross Advertising Ltd.
