He has extensive experience in providing litigation support in connection with bankruptcies, property tax disputes, and securities fraud. He has vast experience, nationwide, with regional malls, CBD office buildings, and mixed-use properties and has qualified as an expert witness in various state and federal courts. In addition, he has experience with real property investment acquisition, real property asset management, and due diligence. He was formerly associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he assisted in the development of the Real Estate Litigation Support practice, and with Peter F. Korpacz & Associates, Inc., where he participated in the design and development of the Korpacz Real Estate Investor Survey. He is nationally recognized for the use of computers and discounted cash flow analysis in real estate analysis and has lectured at professional and educational seminars and classes. He was the founding editor of The Quarterly Byte, a former Appraisal Institute computer publication, and a Contributing Editor to the Korpacz Real Estate Investor Survey. He received the Charles B. Shattuck Memorial Award from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (now the Appraisal Institute) for outstanding contributions to appraisal education in 1984.
