Rotschy Inc. is a family owned earthwork and heavy construction contracting business based in Southwest Washington. Our focus is contracting in the Pacific Northwest for both public and private clients. Since incorporating in 1988 Rotschy Inc. has developed an extensive client base and accumulated extensive experience through successful completion of a broad variety of jobs. From heavy earthmoving, underground piping, structural concrete, buildings or material processing, we have done it. With a workforce of approximately 160 people and a broad selection of owned equipment and resources Rotschy Inc. is able to perform complex and comprehensive job scopes and control schedules in-house. We place much emphasis on maintaining quality clients and have assembled great teams of quality subs, suppliers and professional service providers over the years. We have great relationships with all governing agencies, architects, engineers, clients and competitors as we believe to conduct business otherwise simply doesn't work. Our entire base of private clients has grown solely by word-of-mouth referrals. The Company's main office is located in Vancouver Washington with its equipment and maintenance shop based out of Yacolt Washington. An office and shop in the Tri-Cities serves our clients in Eastern Washington. Our work history began in the early years by logging, clearing land and constructing forest roads, subsequently growing into subdivision construction, commercial site work and heavy civil jobs. Over the years Rotschy Inc. has had the privilege to hire and maintain top of the line employees which is reflected by its low employee turnover and good safety ratings. Rotschy Inc.'s mod factor is one of the lowest in the industry. The Company's plan for the future is to strive to continue providing quality work at reasonable rates so as to provide good livings for its employees and clients.
