Royell was established in 1976 and operates from a purpose built wholly owned facility in Everett, Washington just north of Seattle. Royell is an experienced global supplier of machined, fabricated, kitted and assembled components to large commercial, military, regional and business aircraft programs. With more than 40 CNC machine tools we specialize in 3, 4 and 5-axis precision machining and sheet metal fabrication of components manufactured from titanium, specialty steels and aluminum alloys. Our resource planning system is at the heart of our operations for engineering, manufacturing, quality, and financial controls. This customized system is designed and continually updated for the sub-contract market and provides accurate capacity and resource visibility, as well as real time scheduling and tracking of our customers product. Our move forward philosophy has taken us from being just another machine shop; we are much more than that.
