RPC Land and New Homes was established in 1999 as an independent company specialising in the land and new homes market. We work predominantly in Kent, but also have experience in Sussex, Surrey, South East London and beyond. RPC is committed to providing a high quality, professional service to landowners and developers alike. The Directors and staff all have significant experience within the residential development market, coupled with a real time understanding of the issues and drivers influencing the sector. This is used to assist our numerous clients to achieve their differing needs, aspirations and goals. RPC is regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
