Ratchaphruek Hospital

It was established in 1994 as a private 50-bed general hospital, and has been growing steadily, and ultimately become 'Healing Environment Hospital' with 200 beds to serve in 2018. Our vision is to provide international healthcare standards and humanized care. Our patients are treated as patients not customers and doctors as doctors, not medical sales. Our staff are care 'givers' sharing the same purpose which aligns with our organization's core value: Happiness is in Giving. To best maintain sustainable growth, stability is the most essential. Stability consists of 'strength' and 'flexibility'. Strength is based on academic knowledge including quality of care, safety, patient experience, and humanized care. As a private hospital, 'flexibility' is also needed to balance between profits and the hospital core values to preserve our healthcare spirits. We optimize not to maximize profits.
