R.P.M. Construction Corporation offers quality turn key service for on time deliveries for projects inside the beltway where space is extremely limited. R.P.M. Construction is fully licensed and insured in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and D.C. In addition to having all the necessary construction equipment including 19 forklifts, we also have the manpower. At the present time we have 250-300 men, including Exterior Trim Carpenters. R.P.M. Construction has built custom homes, townhouses, single family homes, condominiums, and apartments. We are currently working for the Bozzuto Group, Clark Realty Builders, Covell Communities, Fortune-Johnson, Foulger-Pratt, Harkins Builders, and WPM Construction. Mr. Murphy likes to contribute back to the community. He has donated his time, material, and manpower to Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C. This worthy charity assists in providing homes for deserving but struggling families in the area. Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to elimating substandard housing in the nation's capital. Mr. Murphy makes a yearly holiday donation in the name his family AND his family of employees to the Childrens Inn at NIH in Bethesda, MD. The Childrens Inn provides exceptional medical care for thousands of terminally ill children as well as housing for families to be near their children while their children are at the facility. R.P.M. Construction Corporation has been given numerous awards over the years. The Bozzuto Group has presented Mr. Murphy awards for PRODUCTION since 2000 in addition to also receiving an award fore providing the BEST SERVICE to their homeowners in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. In 1988 Capital Homes gave 1st Place Subcontractor of the Year to R.P.M. Construction Corporation and in 2006 Sturbridge Homes presented Mr. Murphy with a plaque of recognition of OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY SERVICE.
