For 24 years, RSC Associates Inc. has demonstrated that successful property management is a result of personal commitment to clients, vendors, and employees. Our founder, R. Scott Chalmers, applied this premise to the management of his first four apartment complexes located in Butte County. Since 1981, client referrals have expanded that portfolio and now we manage more than Two Thousand multi-family units as well as over One Million square feet of commercial, retail, and medical properties from Redding to the Bay Area. Our team uses the resources of two offices, located in Chico and Sacramento, to meet the geographic growth demanded by our clients. From day one, our clients have been our best advertising. As RSC Associates Inc. enters the year 2005, we are excited about our continuing goal to meet or exceed the financial expectations of our clients and their investment properties.
