Safety and customer service are paramount. We take pride in quick response, quick turnaround, and reacting and adjusting to our customer's needs. As part of our continuous improvement program, RTL staff receive continuous training to stay current with new standards as they are received. All RTL staff have been certified by AGC in both Traffic Control and Flagging per Cal/MUTCD standards. Our staff is comprised of professional, highly energetic employees that can quickly improvise, adapt, and overcome adversity in any given situation. RTL is a signatory member with the I.B.E.W. Local 47. (Union Affiliation)
