At Rubicon, construction site safety planning is developed and enforced with the most stringent of safety standards. We are committed to keeping all safe: our employees, clients, sub-contractors, vendors, and all in the community who are affected by a project. All Rubicon team members have received a minimum of OSHA 10-hour (30 hours for field personnel), first-aid and CPR certifications. Before every project begins, our safety expert and team members identify the project's hazards and develop a specific safety plan. Safety inspections are made throughout the project, along with any necessary safety plan adjustments.
