Russ is President & CEO of Rudish Health Solutions, LLC, and serves as Chairman of sister companies' Rudish Consulting Solutions, LLC, Rudish Growth Solutions, and Rudish Executive Search, LLC. Russ is also a principal in Healthcare IT Leaders and Run Consultants, both of which provide IT staff augmentation services. He serves on the Board of Directors of Craneware, Inc., a healthcare company on the London Stock Exchange focused on revenue integrity. With more than 30 years of experience serving the health care industry, Russ has deep and enduring relationships with major healthcare organizations both in the United States and abroad. Through May 2014, Russ was Global Health Care Leader for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, the largest health care professional services firm in the world. Before joining Deloitte in 2006, Russ was executive vice president of Eclipsys Corporation, a health care clinical and financial software vendor, where he oversaw all client facing activities - sales, marketing, product management, customer support, outsourcing and professional services. Russ previously worked at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (and its predecessor Ernst & Young) where he was a partner for 20 years and led the US Health Care Providers Consulting Practice, and the European Life Sciences and Health Care Practice. Russ is an active speaker and contributor to thought leadership on today's most pressing health care business issues.
