Rutland House Community Trust

Rutland House Community Trust is the areas foremost provider of services for adults with learning disabilities. We are a charitable trust and our service user is at the heart of all decisions we make, with this in mind the Trust also operates a supported living scheme and domiciliary care for people in their own homes. At the trust we provide specialist care for people of varying degrees of need, from people who have profound and complex requirements, those that may exhibit challenges, or people who need only a little support. We provide this care and support when and where it suits our service user. In order to deliver this quality service we invest heavily in our dedicated staff teams. The Trust believes in developing our employees to the best of their potential and works with accredited trainers to ensure all staff receive specialist training as well as achieving mandatory requirements.
